We are the fundraising team. Whether you are a parent, guardian, grandparent or friend of a child at St Joseph's, you too are a Friend of St Joseph's. Together we can make a difference by raising money for those extras that the school budget may struggle to pay for.

LATEST NEWS for 2025/26

Easter Rainbow Raffle

A huge thank you to all our families for supporting the Easter Raffles. We’re delighted to share that we raised an amazing £504, which will go towards new playground equipment for the children to enjoy. We really appreciate your generosity and support—thank you for helping us make playtimes even better! 👏😊

Silly Hat Day

We had a very silly hat day in school to fundraise for our next raffle at Easter. We invited children to come to school wearing very silly hats and asked for donations of different coloured items to create hampers for each class for our Easter raffle. Look how creative our St Joseph's children are! Well done everybody, and a huge thank for your donations so far!

Rainbow Raffle

Our rainbow raffle was a huge success!🩷💜💚💛🩵🧡 We held a Crazy Hair Day and asked for different colour donations from each class so that we could create these fantastic hampers. A huge thank you for all of the donations and for all of the raffle tickets that have been bought. We have raised over £800 for Friends of St Joseph’s. A massive well done to our winners 👏🎉🎄

Crazy Hair Day

We held a Crazy Hair Day at school and asked for voluntary donations so that we could create one hamper for each class for an exciting end of term raffle. The rainbow donations were a huge success, as was the Crazy Hair Day! One child from each class was awarded the Craziest Hair!

Christmas Pantomime

Friends of St Joseph’s paid for our whole school pantomime, Aladdin, which everybody enjoyed thoroughly. There was lots of singing, dancing, cheering and booing!

 

SCHOOL TRIPS

We all know that class trips are a great experience for your children but with the ever-rising cost of coaches, we understand that the price can be alot! Therefore Friends of St Joseph's will once again this year, be donating £400 to each class to reduce the cost of trips. We will be doing lots of fundraising to cover this and for the Christmas Panto of course. We really appreciate your generosity and support in all we do to help your children have the best time at school.
