St Joseph's Day
On Thursday, we came together as a school community to celebrate St Joseph’s Day with a special Mass. Father John led the service, with Year 5 children sharing in the readings and prayers. The celebration was filled with beautiful singing from everyone, creating a truly joyful and reflective atmosphere. We then continued our St Joseph’s Day celebrations back in our classrooms. A lovely way to honour St Joseph together 💫
All classes explored and enjoyed Saint Joseph's Table. The story of St Joseph's table originates from a time of famine in Sicily when the villagers prayed to Saint Joseph to hep them survive. Children enjoyed bread, pastries, sweets, citrus fruits and beans as they reflected on this story.
Each class created a piece of art related to St Joseph.
