The children's annual flu vaccinations are now due. Consent forms, letters and information leaflets for parents were sent home with the children on 14th October 2019. Please complete and return to school your child's consent form by Thursday 24th October 2019.
Flu Programme additional drop in dates
As you will be aware Flu is now circulating. The RDaSH Vaccination Team who deliver the school age Flu programme, have added additional drop in dates in February for those parents to access that may now decide that they would like their child vaccinating. For our area the drop in session is Saturday 23rd February 2019 9:30am until 4:00pm Lakeside Shopping Centre, White Rose Way, Doncaster. DN4 5PJ.
