Breakfast Club

Our school breakfast club is a well established, drop in provision, managed and staffed by the school's Teaching Assistants. 

Launch of After School Provision

St Joseph’s School is pleased to be able to provide the children of our school the opportunity to attend After School Provision from September 2023.

These sessions may be attended on a full time or a part time basis. The sessions can be booked in blocks over extended periods of time or as and when required. 

Places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Any booked sessions will be charged for unless cancelled within the notice period stated in the policy. 

Opening Hours and Fee Structure

St Joseph’s Breakfast Club:

• Is open term-time only with sessions running from 7:45 am, with breakfast being served up until 8:15 am.
• Will be closed during the holidays including bank holidays and INSET days
• The fee for the full session (7:45-8:45) is £3.00 and is inclusive of breakfast and a cold drink (£2.50 for pupils in receipt of Free School Meals)
• Sessions are based on a drop in basis and do not need to be pre-booked

St Joseph’s After School Provision:

• Is open term-time only with sessions running from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
• Will be closed during the holidays including bank holidays and INSET days
• The fee for each session is £7.50. There is no reduction for part sessions due to staffing ratios being determined by the number of pupils attending for any one session overall
• Sessions must be booked in advance using the booking form below and can only be booked if your account is in credit

Please inform school if you are going to be late to collect your child. If collecting after 5.30 pm, late collection charges apply (see policy).

Bookings

All sessions at After School Provision are to be booked in advance via the booking form below.  The booking form below MUST be completed and your ParentPay* account in credit before your child(ren) can attend. Your child will be allocated to the provision on ParentPay once an initial booking has been made.

Cost

£7.50 per day, per child

Payment

All payments for After School Provision are made via ParentPay or with childcare vouchers. Please make sure you keep your ParentPay After School Provision account in credit.
