St Joseph's Catholic Primary School

To conclude our Lenten work, we hosted a Big Lent Walk on Thursday 24th April in school. We challenged all the children in school to complete laps of the school field, collecting an Easter stamp as they finished each lap. There were 18 stamps to collect! Some children ran around the field, while most enjoyed a lovely walk in the fresh air. We kindly asked for children to bring a £2 donation for the Big Lent Walk, which is an event ran by CAFOD. The children enjoyed a refreshing ice lolly once finished. A huge well done to all at St Joseph's and thank you for all of your kind donations.
