Subject Leader Action Plans
Each Term, our subject leaders are asked to write an action plan for their subject. The actions are decided based on the subject leaders finding over the previous term - this can be from pupil voice, monitoring, evaluation and review, book scruitinies and environment walks.

These are reviewed by the subject leaders each term and added to their subject leader folders. For the 2020-2021 Academic Year, the action plans were completed for the year due to lockdowns and the Covid-19 Pandemic. From 2022-2023, the subject leaders produce an action plan which is annotated and added to throughout the year.
