This year the theme is ‘share a book.’ On World Book Day the children are encouraged to wear a costume and dress up as a character from their favourite book.
There will be a competition for the best-dressed children in each class, with prizes for the winners! During the day each class will have a mystery reader, who will share a book which is special to them. Each class will also have a ‘swap’ session where each child will pair up with another child from a different class to share a story with them.
