A written copy of this letter will be sent home this evening.

Dear Parents, Here are just a few reminders for tomorrow’s residential to Austerfield; • The children are to come in their own clothes (old clothes that you do not mind them getting muddy) with appropriate, comfortable footwear suitable for adventurous activities. They do not need to wear any school uniform. • As we cannot guarantee the weather, please provide a waterproof coat. • The children need 1 packed lunch for when we arrive. All other meals will be prepared by us. They do not need any additional snacks for night time as we have these planned and prepared. We kindly ask that you do not send your child any additional food to share with other children as we have children in the class with allergies and need to ensure that these are safe for all children. • The children do not need any spending money. All costs were included in the price of £45. • The children do not need any personal games or toys; these are all provided by school. We would not like any personal items to get lost or left behind. • The children need to come to school as normal on Wednesday morning (for 8:45am) and they will return in time for the end of the school day as normal on Thursday (3:30pm). • Please note: We are not allowed to administer any medicines or tablets unless they are prescribed by a doctor and in the original prescription packaging, with label. We kindly ask that you refer to the packing checklist when packing your child’s overnight bag to ensure they have everything that they need. We hope this answers any queries you may have, Miss Brogan
