Dear Parent/Guardian,

Tomorrow and Monday Year 2 children will spend a transition morning in Year 3. As KS2 children do not receive free fruit in school, Friends of St Joseph’s provide a Healthy Tuck Shop selling snacks priced 10p – 40p. Full price list is available on the Friends of St Joseph’s page on the school website.

At playtime today your child will be given the opportunity to sample an item from the tuck shop free of charge.

From September if you wish your child to purchase a healthy snack, the tuck shop will be open Monday-Thursday at morning break.

The following snacks are usually sold daily (subject to availability):

Fresh semi-skimmed milk                              Pure Apple/Orange Juice

Unprocessed cheese portions                   Portion Bags of Fresh Fruit (apple, grapes, pineapple/melon)

Lower sugar cereal bars                                Mini boxes of Raisins

Low fat Yogurts
